Odea Montreal is a mixed project born from a partnership between Creeco and Cogir Immobilier. Located in Old Montreal, Odea will showcase the history of the Cree nation. The name of the project, Odea, comes from the Cree word “ode” meaning canoe, which explains the representation of a canoe on the vertical façade of the building. The project, inspired by nature and aiming for LEED silver certification, will include 171 condominiums and 264 rental apartments. More than half of the 3442 square meter lot will be made up of green spaces including terraces and paths. Several technologies will be implemented to improve the energy efficiency of the project.
