The tenant is also responsible for fees related to lost
keys or magnetic entry cards.

Subletting or lease transfers are prohibited without the
landlord's written consent.

End of lease:
At the end of the lease term, the unit must be returned in
the same condition as at the beginning, including all
inclusions and general cleanliness.

If the lease is not renewed, the tenant MUST allow visits
from prospective renters, with 24 to 48 hours' notice.
