10.1(a) The tenant must provide $2M liability insurance
prior to occupancy.
In addition, the tenant is responsible for insuring
personal effects.
The tenant must provide a satisfactory credit check, proof
of employment and two
previous rental references.
The credit check is subject to verification by a third
party company, Tustii
or Oligny Thibodeau, and must be paid for and signed by the
