or building, including issues arising from improper use
(e.g., clogged pipes or toilets due to negligence or
misuse).
Tenant must maintain liability insurance of $2,000,000 and
provide proof of coverage prior to move-in and upon each
lease renewal.
The unit must be returned in the same condition as at
move-in, less normal wear and tear.
The landlord is responsible for repairs to the heating, air
conditioning, and included appliances, except in cases of
tenant negligence.
This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking and cannabis use or
cultivation are strictly prohibited.
No pets allowed.
Inclusions: All blinds (motorized and bedrooms are blackout), appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer), mirrors in the bathroom, living room (TV, tv stand and couch), dining table with 4 chairs, master bedroom (bed frame with mattress, 1 night stand and 1 dresser, 1 desk and 1 chair, 2 lamps), bedroom #2 (sofa/day bed, 1 desk, 1 lamp).
Exclusions : All utilities assumed by the lessee (internet, electricity, heating, move-in and move-out fees, tenant insurance).
