Three 2-bedroom units are available: 202, 205 & 305

Promise to Lease must include, or provided within 3 days of
approval:
-Credit Check Report (from Equifax or TransUnion).
-Proof of Income/Employment (Letter from Employer stating
salary, tenure and position, OR two most recent pay stubs).
-Letter of Recommendation from Current Landlord (or other,
if prospective tenant is not currently renting).

-No AirBNB or short term rentals permitted.

-Smoking, cigarettes, Marijuana, or any other illicit drugs
of any kind is strictly prohibited.

-No Pets (unless written consent is provided by the
Landlord).

-As per Bill 31, the Landlord reserves the right to refuse
any sublet request or lease transfer request, for any
reason. Tenants are prohibited from subletting the unit for
profit.

*At Signing of the Lease:
-Prospective Tenants must provide first Month's rent (via
etransfer or cash).

*Before keys can be provided:
-Tenants are required to provide proof of Insurance,
renter's liability insurance ($2Million).
-Proof of account with Hydro Quebec.

-It is for strictly residential purposes only, no home
businesses or commercial activities of any kind.
-Unit 205: Includes room with domed skylight - priced
accordingly. No plants or agricultural activity of any kind
permitted due to the possible humidity damage.
