employment confirmation letter

It is strictly prohibited to smoke or vape (cigarettes,
cannabis, or any other substance) inside the dwelling.
The tenant is prohibited from altering, modifying, or
damaging, in any manner whatsoever, the
interior or exterior structure of the dwelling or the
building, including walls, ceilings, floors, doors,
woodwork, balconies, and other surfaces, notably through
drilling, covering, painting, installation of anchors, or
any other work, without the lessor's prior written
authorization.
Minor, non-permanent installations are permitted provided
there is an approval provided by the owner; any marks,
holes, or deterioration must be restored by the tenant at
the end of the lease.
The tenant must maintain civil liability insurance for the
entire term of the lease and provide proof prior to key
delivery, and thereafter upon request by the lessor.
The dwelling must be returned in a condition to that
observed at move-in, a move-in and move-out.
