- References (reference from current owner and letter of
employment)
- credit check five (5) days after an accepted promise to
lease;
- Non-smoker;
- No animals;
- The Renter will provide the Owner with proof of insurance
(liability and content) prior to occupancy; $2,000,000
- No subletting / no Airbnb
- The lessee shall pay the moving (in/out) fees to the
condo owner
- The lessee shall pay the first month of rent upon
signature of lease
